This system allows you to pay your bill over the telephone using the touch tone key pad.  You will need the first 5 digits of your SCPW account number and a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card to use this system.  This system cannot access your account data. PAYMENTS SUBMITTED TODAY WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
