SCPW 2026 Rate Increase Public Notice
Beginning July 1, 2026, the Commissioners of Public Works of the Town of Summerville will increase water and sewer rates charged to all customers. The increase will appear on the monthly bills beginning August 2026. The increase will create revenue to finance identified capital projects and increased operational expenses. Summerville CPW continues to provide some of the lowest rates for service in the tri-county region.
