New Billing System
Good news! Summerville CPW has upgraded to a new, easier-to-use bill payment system. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience and appreciate your patience during this transition.
Here is what you need to know:
• Your bill will have a new look.
• The mailing address(es) for payments are not changing.
• Please note that there is one small change to your account number. Your new account number is your current account number preceded by a zero. For example, if your existing account number is 98765, your new account number will be 098765.
• If you make a payment over the phone, you will need to enter or reference the new account number.
• The first time you log on to pay online you will need your account PIN. This is located on the new bill, or you may call the office. From there you can click on “click here to add this account to your favorite records for easy access on your next visit” and set up a Username and Password.
• For your convenience, a QR code will be printed in the top-left corner of your bill to help you quickly access your account to make payments. To reestablish recurring credit/debit card or e-check payments, you will need to access the new payment portal and create a new profile using your new account number.
• If you are currently enrolled in auto draft using your bank routing and account number, your payment setup will remain the same and will not be affected. However, if you are enrolled in AutoPay using a credit or debit card, you will need to re-enroll your payment information in the new online payment portal by creating a new profile using your new account number.
• Customers enrolled in paperless billing will continue to receive bills via email. All other bills will be mailed. Customers that opt-in for paperless billing will no longer be able to receive a duplicate bill by mail.
