Summerville CPW bills can now be paid at over 30,000 locations nationwide. Payments prior to 7 PM will be posted the following business day.

Customers will need to know the account number, payment amount, and biller zip code - 294840817.

Visit CheckFreePay.com for locations. Click on "Find a Payment Location" and select link at the bottom of the page to SEARCH BY ZIP CODE.

Bank Draft

By choosing this option, your monthly utility bill will be automatically drafted from your bank account. You can sign up by completing the form below or by logging into your account, select the option to add an EFT Payment then provide the requested banking information.

Automatic Bank Draft Form Automatic Bank Draft Form: This form is required to be completed and submitted in order to authorize Summerville CPW to automatically collect payment from the authorized account on a monthly bases. Rev. June 2022

In Person

The main office of Summerville CPW is located at 215 Cedar Street, Summerville, SC 29483. You may use our drive-thru window, come in to our payment counter, or use the after-hours drop box located in the drive-thru. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, excluding holidays. Drive thru hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, excluding holidays.

Summerville CPW IS NOT affiliated with any third-party bill pay applications. If a third-party bill pay application is used by a customer, Summerville CPW cannot control when/if we will receive payment, possibly resulting in a late payment from the customer or even disconnection due to non-payment.
